Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items may only be returned after they have been physically delivered to the customer.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
  • Trying on items is permitted, but worn items cannot be accepted.
  • Products ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items may not be eligible for a full refund review.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

How To Request A Return

To request a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

  2. After your request has been reviewed, you will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs.
  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


Order Information & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout.

  • Chloe&Ryan Fashion cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking information confirms successful delivery to the provided shipping address.
